–“So you want to be an actor…”–Background Work - Why to Start and When to Stop–“How Do I Get The Right Agent”– Personalized Headshot and Resume Evaluation –"Marketing" Yourself with Social Media –DO IT RIGHT: Self-taping Auditions–Auditioning in the Room and Other Things That Get You Dead–How to Be a Working Actor Outside of LA and NY–Creating Your Own Content -Actors Access Tools and Recommendations - Southeast Industry Players: Who to Know and How to stay connected -Now that the Strike is Over... What's Next!? ALL PARTICIPANTS WILL BE ASKED TO TAPE A “SELF-TAPE” IN ADVANCE to be reviewed and critiqued in class, but is NOT mandatory.
